According to the Materia Medica the following remedies in Influenza may be administered for symptoms of the following conditions:

Aralia quinquefolia: Acts on secretory glands, especially salivary; Respiratory organs are affected; Tonsillitis; Inclination to vomit; Debility; Vertigo, cloudiness, confusion, giddiness, and heaviness of the head.
Arsenicum album: Influenza; Anxiety, exhaustion and restlessness with nightly aggravation; Glandular swellings; Nose feels stopped up with fluent coryza.
Baptisia tinctoria: Indescribable sick feeling all over; Vertigo; Sinking feeling at stomach; The lungs feel tight and compressed; Must have fresh air; High fever, sudden onset.
Bryonia: Mucous membranes are all dry; Bronchitis; Influenza; Dry, hacking, painful cough; Pain in joints; Liver disorders; Nausea, dizziness or faintness on rising up.
Cinchona officinalis: Dehydration; Influenza; Asthma; Traumatic fever; Irritable, sensitive and very touchy; Periodic liver symptoms; Diarrhea.
Echinacea: Auto-infection; Immune diseases; Chilliness with nausea; Lymphangitis.
Eupatorium perfoliatum: Influenza with great soreness of muscles and bones; Fever; Influenza; Stools, frequent, whitish green, watery; Cramps; Hoarseness and cough with soreness in chest.
Gelsemium sempervirens: Aching, tiredness, heaviness, weakness and soreness especially in muscles of the limbs; Sneezing; Sleep, disordered; Drowsiness with influenza; Pain from throat to ear.
Histaminum hydrochloricum: Bronchitis; Insomnia; General chills, shivering, alternating with feeling of heat; Whooping cough; Vertigo.
Influenzinum: Law of similars; Weakness and fatigue; Fever; General ill feeling with chill, headache, diffused pain; Stiffness; Otitis of influenza; Broncho-pneumonia of influenza.
Ipecacuanha: Persistent nausea and vomiting; Enteric influenza; Bronchitis; Eyes red, inflamed; Constriction in chest; Cough incessant and violent with every breath; Retching, esp. after drinking anything cold, or after smoking. 
Kali carbonicum: Sweat, backache and weakness; Pneumonia; Whole chest very sensitive when coughing; Ear inflammation; Debility.
Nux vomica: Irritable nervous system; Digestive disturbances; Liver remedy; Sensation of roughness, tightness and tension in throat; Intermittent fever; Uvula swollen.
Phosphorus: Inflammation of respiratory system; Coughs; Croup; Very fetid stools and flatus; Much heat in chest; Palpitations with anxiety; Whole body trembles with cough; Throws up food by the mouthfuls; Larynx very painful.
Rhus toxicodendron: Affects fibrous tissue markedly, joints, tendons, sheaths, etc., producing pains and stiffness; Influenza; Fevers; Glands are swollen; Extreme restlessness with continued change of position; Gastroenteritis.
